2. Returns & Exchanges
If your chosen product does not meet your expectations for any reason, we offer a 7-day easy return or exchange policy. However, the following rules apply:
Shipping Responsibility: If you wish to exchange or return a product, the courier cost for sending the item back to our office must be borne entirely by the customer.
Refund Calculation: Upon approval of a return, the original shipping charge and the system processing fee will be deducted from the total order amount before the remaining balance is refunded.
