Terms of  Service – Glazk

Welcome to Glazk! Our mission is to provide you with the finest eyewear and lens experience. By using our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

1. Selection & Trials (Virtual & Home Trial)

To ensure you find the frame that best suits your face, we provide both Virtual and Home Trial facilities.

  • Final Decision: Since the trial facility allows you to verify the product firsthand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on reasons like “I don’t like it anymore” or “It doesn’t suit me” once the order is confirmed. We encourage you to make your final decision during the trial period.

  • Handling with Care: Please handle the frames with care during the Home Trial as if they were your own. If any frame incurs scratches, marks, or any form of damage during the trial, it will be considered a purchase, and you will be required to pay the full retail price of that frame.

2. Product Accuracy & Color
  • Color Variation: We make every effort to display the accurate colors of our products through high-quality photography. However, due to digital screen settings and lighting conditions, a 5-10% variation in color may occur between the screen image and the physical product. This will not be considered a manufacturing defect.

  • Size Guide: The specific dimensions (Size) of each frame are provided on our website. We kindly request you to verify the measurements against your requirements before placing an order.

3. Custom Lenses & Prescriptions (Tailored Just for You)

Power lenses are custom-made specifically for your eyes and cannot be reused for anyone else.

  • Irreversible Process: Our lab begins the precision lens-cutting process 30 minutes after an order is placed. Beyond this point, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  • Prescription Accuracy: We manufacture lenses strictly according to the prescription you provide. Glazk cannot be held responsible for any errors in the prescription submitted by the customer.

  • Adaptation Period: It usually takes 15–21 days for your eyes to adjust to new glasses. Requests for lens changes will not be accepted before this adaptation period is over.

4. Security & Assurance (Your Protection)

We pack every parcel with extreme care. To ensure total security, we require your cooperation:

  • Unboxing Video: Please record a short, uninterrupted video while opening your parcel. If the product arrives damaged, this video serves as essential proof for us to take swift action. Without an unboxing video, it becomes difficult for our system to verify and accept claims.

  • Reporting Timeline: Any issues or damages must be reported to us within 2 hours of delivery.

5. Contact Lenses & Hygiene

Your eye health is our priority. Due to health and hygiene regulations, contact lenses cannot be returned or exchanged once the original seal has been opened.

6. General Usage & Care

Natural wear and tear, such as slight discoloration of the frame or scratches on the lenses over time, are normal and are not covered under warranty. However, we are always happy to provide you with expert maintenance tips to keep your eyewear in top condition.

7. Legal Jurisdiction

In the event of any specific circumstances or disputes, the judicial decisions of the courts in (Kolkata) shall be final and binding.
