GLAZK: Our Service & Customer Policy

Dear Customer, we are dedicated to making your journey with GLAZK stylish and seamless. To ensure premium quality and to provide every customer with a fresh, brand-new product, we adhere to the following policies:

1. Virtual Try-On: Your Personal Mirror

To help you find the perfect frame for your face shape, we provide advanced Virtual Try-on technology. Since this feature allows you to test the size, style, and color on your own face from the comfort of your home, we do not offer changes based on style or personal preference after delivery. Your thoughtful selection is what drives our precision.

2. Order Modification (30-Minute Window)

The moment we receive your order, our team begins preparing for lens cutting and fitting. If you wish to modify any information or change your frame choice, please notify us within 30 minutes of placing the order. Beyond this window, your eyewear enters the custom processing stage, after which no changes or cancellations can be processed.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Proof

We strive to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition. Upon receiving your parcel, we kindly request you to record an uninterrupted (uncut) unboxing video. The video must show the package label clearly and continue until the product is fully removed and inspected. This video proof is mandatory for any claims regarding external defects or incorrect items. Without video evidence, such claims cannot be entertained.

4. Power Lens & Prescription Policy

Your lenses are crafted with extreme care, specifically according to the prescription you provide:

  • Accuracy: Lens cutting is based strictly on the power details you submit. GLAZK shall not be held responsible for any errors in the provided prescription.

  • Adaptation Period: It typically takes 15 to 20 days for your eyes and brain to adjust to a new prescription. We advise you to wear your new glasses for at least 20 days before discussing any vision-related concerns. Claims regarding power adaptation will not be accepted before this 20-day period.

5. Final Sale: Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

To maintain hygiene and quality standards, we guarantee that every customer receives a brand-new, unused product. Therefore, our policy is as follows:

  • Final Sale: Every successfully delivered order is considered a Final Sale.

  • No Returns/Refunds/Exchanges: We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. Because lenses are custom-processed and fitted specifically for your requirements, they cannot be repurposed for anyone else once prepared.

6. Product Inspection & Acceptance

Any external damage (such as scratches or structural issues) noticed upon delivery must be reported immediately, supported by the aforementioned unboxing video. We ensure excellence through multiple quality checks before any product is dispatched.
